Justin Linn is a South Florida native, with deep roots in New York City. Both sides of Mr. Linn's family immigrated through Ellis Island in the late 1800's and early 1900's. Mr. Linn is passionate about helping others in South Florida and New York achieve justice.
Justin Linn attended the University of Central Florida, and was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. Mr. Linn graduated Summa Cum Laude, in the top 1% of his class. Mr. Linn majored in Legal Studies, with a minor in Criminal Justice.
Justin Linn earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. He was a member of the Nova Law Review and Nova Trial Team. Mr. Linn received the high-grade award in 6 different classes, including Torts, Federal Court, and Legal Research and Writing. Mr. Justin Linn graduated Summa Cum Laude, and ranked 3 out of over 300 students in GPA.
During his tenure at Nova, Mr. Linn participated in a study abroad program in Rome, Italy. Justin Linn studied International Law at Roma Tre University, learning the law and attending classes with Italian law students.
In 2017 Mr. Linn earned his Master of Laws in International Dispute Resolution from Fordham University in Manhattan, New York. Mr. Linn graduated Magna Cum Laude (top 10%).
In 2017 Mr. Linn participated in the Spring Honors Intern Program with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, in the Trial Unit of the Enforcement Division. Mr. Linn worked on some of the largest financial fraud cases in the world, including international and cross-jurisdictional enforcement matters.
Mr. Linn is licensed to practice law in New York and Florida.
